The Perfect Paleo Breakfast - A great way to start your day. An omelette base with guacamole and salsa stacked on top.

Egg and Lettuce Wraps - A great meal to have when your in a hurry. Its light but also filling.

Spicy Fish in a Tamarind Sauce – This is a really unique tasting fish. Its quite versatile been able to use many different types of seafood and vegetables as long as you keep the base.

Squid with a Spinach & Pine Nut Pesto – This is a fast meal where the unique combination of squid and pine nuts works really well together.

Do you think you could post a recipe for cooking beef brisket? I have seen it in the supermarket but I don’t know how to cook it… yours looked delicious!

The beef pot roast with red wine and blueberries sounds delicious. I just went blueberry picking and would love to use some of the berries in a savory dish. The link appears to be broken, though. Any way you can fix it? Thanks!
