Beef in a Spicy Lime Marinade

Beef

Lime juice

Ground Coriander

Coriander (Cilantro)

Garam Masala

Cumin

Tumeric

Garlic

Ginger

Chilli

Mustard Seed Oil (can use any oil)

 

What You Do:

Place cubes of meat into a bowl with all the ingredients and mix well. Then place bowl in refrigerator for two or three hours. Then heat a large frying pan until very hot and add the beef mixture. Fry for a few minutes until cooked.
