Mediterranean Stew
Get some beef that is good for slow cooking (about 800g). Put into a slow cooker (crock pot) with a cup of white wine, 2 chopped tomatoes (with seeds removed), 3 bay leafs, 12 black pitted olives, 1 teaspoon oregano and thyme, clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 thickly chopped carrot and onion, juice from a lime and finally six peppercorns. Cook on a high heat for about six hours. Serve with chopped parsley.

already smells amazing!, just loaded up the crock pot here…subbed in leeks for onions and kicked up the garlic a bulb or two, but looking forward to this!
