Prawns with a Pineapple Salsa

Chop up some fresh pineapple, cucumber, and capsicums (peppers). Put in a little bit of olive oil and a squirt or two of lime juice. Also mix in some chopped coriander or mint. Then heat up a large pan with olive oil in it. Once heated throw the prawns on the pan mate (I really wanted to say barby) and cook for a couple of minutes each side. They should turn red when they are cooked. Then serve and enjoy. Just rip the head and tail off then unwrap the shell its easy.
